La Mer

La Mer is a revival of Grasset-Antiqua, published by Genzch & Heyse, originally designed by Eugène Grasset — the Swiss-French artist whose work defined the visual language of Belle Époque Paris. This typeface was found in Joseph Conrad: An Appreciation by Ernst Bendz. La Mer is an expressive typeface designed for long passages of text, and remains highly readable even at small sizes.
